    Day 1: Arrive in Johannesburg

    • Begin your adventure on arrival in Johannesburg where you will be met and escorted to your shuttle transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure until 19:00 when you can meet and greet your fellow travellers at the hotel reception.

    Day 2: Johannesburg - Mpumalanga

    • Head out in the morning for Mpumalanga, deep into the depths of the verdant subtropical region of the Lowveld. Journey all along the Panorama Route via Graskop, viewing the sites of the Blyde River Canyon and marvelling at the wonder of God’s Window before paying a visit to Bourke’s Luck Potholes and finally on to Hazyview,

    Day 3: Mpumalanga

    • Start the day early with a visit to the Kruger National Park where you will get the opportunity to see the Big Five from an enclosed vehicle. Keep a keen eye out for the wild flora and fauna that call the 2 million hectares of game reserve home before returning to your hotel for lunch and a free afternoon.

    Day 4: Mpumalanga - Swaziland

    • Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast before checking out and setting off for Swaziland. Proceed south through Malalane on to Swaziland where you can explore a genuine Chief’s village and learn more about the traditions and lifestyles of the Swazi.

    Day 5: Swaziland – St Lucia Region

    • Continue on your adventure from Swaziland into the Kingdom of KwaZulu-Natal, a melting pot of ancient and modern cultures where settlers and Zulu have come together to create a harmonious lifestyle. End the day in the Umfolozi region for an overnight stay.

    Day 6: St Lucia Region - Durban

    • Take the opportunity to lie in, explore the town of St Lucia or embark on an optional morning boat cruise (at own expense) before heading to Durban later in the morning. Participate in an orientation tour to get a better insight into the multicultural seaside city before arriving late afternoon at your hotel.

    Day 7: Durban - Drakensberg

    • Begin the day with a breakfast or catch an early taxi to the booming Umhlanga Beach to stroll along the Promenade, a hotspot littered with surfers, joggers and cyclists. Set out for the Southern Drakensberg Mountains to marvel at the majesty of the lofty landmarks before continuing on to see the cascading waters of the Howick Falls and through to the Southern Midlands Meander Route to your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon where you can go hiking, fishing or horse riding in the area (at own expense).

    Day 8: Drakensberg

    • Take in the sights and sounds of Drakensberg as you see fit on a free day. Discover the activities in the area or journey out further to discover numerous wonders.

    Day 9: Drakensberg – Eastern Cape Coast

    • Continue south in the morning to the Eastern Cape, entering the province known as Madiba, birthplace of Nelson Mandela. Experience the ancient traditions of the homeland known as Transkei before stopping for lunch outside of Umtata. Pay a visit to Nelson Mandela’s home and birthplace, and finally arrive late afternoon at your accommodation in the Eastern Cape Coast.

    Day 10: Eastern Cape Coast – Port Elizabeth

    • Spend the morning at your own leisure, waking to the sounds of crashing waves along the coast. Take this opportunity to walk along the sands of the beach and uncover the birds that live in the beach forest before setting off south towards Port Elizabeth.

    Day 11: Port Elizabeth - Knysna

    • Set out today to for the lush, emerald hues of Tsitskamma Forest and views of the gorge and river at Storms River Mouth, after which you’ll shortly arrive in Knysna late afternoon.

    Day 12: Knysna – Oudtshoorn – Mossel Bay

    • Enjoy a hearty breakfast before travelling further inland over Outeniqua Pass to Oudtshoorn, a region known for its ostrich industry. Visit a working ostrich farm and explore the nooks and crannies of the Cango Caves.

    Day 13: Mossel Bay – Cape Town

    • Today your journey sees you heading to Cape Town, with a pit stop at the famous Post Office Tree, Bartholomew’s Diaz Museum and Shell Museum along the way. Drive via Swellendam, Worcester and on through the Huguenot Tunnel to arrive in Cape Town late afternoon.

    Day 14: Cape Town

    • The final day provides you with several options on how to get the most out of your Cape Town stay. Embark on a full day tour along the Cape Peninsula, heading on past Sea Point, through the village of Hout Bay and on to Cape Point, the spot where it is said, by tradition, the Atlantic and Indian Oceans convene. Wander the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on your return to Cape Town, travelling through the historical naval base of Simon’s Town and Muizenberg en route. Alternatively, you can enjoy an evening of of song, fun and theatre with a Kaapse Stories Dinner Theatre experience or tempt your palate with the incredible vintages of the Cape Winelands where you'll pay a visit to some of the country's most renowned wine routes along Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.

    Day 15: Cape Town

    • Your tour comes to an end after checking out of your hotel by 11:00 and transferring to Cape Town International Airport for your return flight.
